We are seeking a Marketing and Development Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will help us to build community engagement in, and awareness of, our thriving rural arts, heritage and environment programmes.

The post-holder will increase the breadth and depth of public engagement with Beaford’s work by:

• Working as a core member of the Beaford team to promote our regional and national profile

• Devising and implementing marketing and social media strategies for Beaford’s activities

• Increasing community engagement with all elements of Beaford’s work

• Using the work of the Hidden Histories project, our partner and visiting artists, and the members of the North Devon Biosphere Reserve Partnership, to raise the profile of North Devon’s rural communities
