This workshop is for adults of all abilities who like to move and have an openness to work creatively with others.
The session will be led by professional artistic gymnasts and circus performers Nikki Rummer & JD Broussé providing a sampling of acrobatic techniques, including handstands, floor acrobatics, partner balances and group lifts and climbs.
There will be a focus on balances, lifts and 'tricks' that can be explored by participants to develop skills and ideas for creative choreographic acrobatic work.
